After a crazy 2021, we’re all hoping for a more positive 2022. Between the pandemic and last year’s lockdowns, we took on a different outlook on life and learned to appreciate what really matters. We also became more conscious of our mental health and our overall wellness, living intentionally towards a happy life.
Because of this, manifestation has become a popular topic, even though it isn’t something new. Manifesting and setting intentions can have a huge impact on your life. Since we want you to make this year an amazing one, we asked three experts how to manifest good things in your life.

Katie is a manifestation coach, certified yoga teacher and spiritual manifestation guide. She’s also the creator of the website and Instagram account Womanifester, where she shares useful tips and lessons about healing, meditating and reconnecting with yourself through her guidance and expertise.
On manifesting and setting intentions for the new year, this is Katie’s advice:
“This year is all about rebirth. Birthing new realities, new paradigms, new lifestyles. As you set intentions for this new year, ask yourself “If I could start from scratch and create the reality of my daydream, what would it be? Who would I be? What would I do, and what would be my impact on the world?” Allow yourself to dream big! The limit does not exist.”
Maria Concha (Manifesting Ninja)
Concha (Manifesting Ninja) is a mindset and manifestation coach living in New York City. Her main focus is teaching women how to manifest everything they want in life, without feeling worried, stuck or lost about it. She has more than ten years of experience in the field, and she has helped many women on breaking limiting beliefs and creating a life they genuinely love with an abundant and aligned mindset. She recently launched her e-book “New Year, Refreshed You” where she shares lots of valuable tips and advice on how to set intentions and actually make them happen this 2022.
Here is one of her tips on how to do it:
“This year, I want you to stop focusing on what you can’t control. Stop giving energy to it. It’s time to focus our energy on what we can control. We can control how we show up. We can control what we say YES and NO to. Who we say YES and NO to. The people we surround ourselves with and the places we choose to go. And how kindly we treat others. I want to show you that it’s ok and safe not to know what will happen because you are always being supported and guided and everything is always working out for your highest good so it doesn’t actually matter if you do or don’t have control over any outcome because you have this deep knowing that it’s all going to work out in your favor.

“Every single person is manifesting whether they’re doing it conscious or unconsciously. When you realize how powerful you are of a creator and manifestor, you are, you can design the life, business/career and relationships that you desire.
According to Human Design, there are two types of manifestors: specific and non-specific. Find out which one you are based on your HD BodyGraph and it can help you become and even better manifestor.
You must align with the vibration of what you want to manifest. It’s not enough to have a vision board or say affirmations (those help) but you need to EMBODY that vibration and frequency. Believe it with every fiber of your being and trust that it’s already on its way to you. Lean back and open yourself up to RECEIVING all your blessings”
